I am a personal trainer with a unique perspective on fitness and body transformation. Growing up, I struggled with being skinny and couldn't seem to put on muscle no matter how hard I tried. And I tried everything. 1000 calorie shakes, Gallon of Milk a day, 5 meals a day. Nothing worked. It was like I was destined to be skinny.
I took some bad advice and ended up bulking the wrong way by eating everything in sight - mostly junk food. The logic was that all I needed to do was get heavier and muscle gain would come with it as long as I was having protein and doing some weight training. Then trimming down would be easy since my body is built to be skinny, right? Wrong sadly.
Once I gained all the weight, I could't shift it, it was like I pendulum swung to the opposite extreme. I was overweight and couldn't seem to lose a single pound. This came with a lot of body confidence issues and I hated what I saw in the mirror.
After years of insecurity and plenty of trial and error, I finally found a way that worked for me to not only get shredded, but also to gain weight in a sustainable way. Not only this, but I've worked with hundreds of clients both on the gym floor and online, and these training philosophies work!
Believe me when I say that I understand the struggles of not seeing results, the frustration of not knowing what to do, and the challenge of shifting weight once it's been gained. I am here to guide and support you through your fitness journey, whether it be to gain muscle or lose weight. My goal is to help you achieve your dream body while maintaining a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
